This Rhododendron variety is the earliest to bloom in the traditional style. It starts flowering from February during mild weather and has a final burst in April. Historically, it was thought to have been cultivated for Christmas displays during the Victorian era. Known for its consistency in early blooming, it can reach a height of 120-150cm. This medium-sized "compact hybrid" is ideal for smaller gardens and containers on the patio. These hybrids are particularly good at retaining their vibrant colors.
